SpringHill Suites by Marriott Springfield North

Always love staying at the SpringHill. Rooms are modern and spacious, bathrooms are clean and the overall experience feels very luxury. We stop here on our way through, every time we need to stay in Springfield. Beds are comfy and hotel is in great location.

The location is halfway between home and our destination, close to I-44. Ms. Sitti checked us in and was very sweet and helpful. The hotel seemed "fresh" and was very clean, including our room, which was also spacious and well-appointed and convenient. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Room was designed great! Loved the different take on a hotel room. Could not hear the interstate right outside the window which was a plus. Bed was comfortable.

Kimberly (Front Desk Assistant) was SO kind and helpful. I arrived late and just moments before a storm hit and she provided multiple suggestions so I could have dinner delivered or purchase from the snack bar at the hotel. She was very nice and made me feel welcome.

The property is beautiful. A lot of thought went into the design and amenities. Breakfast was excellent and the employees were lovely.
